system: hurd: Boot with the statically-linked 'exec' server.
This works around <https://issues.guix.gnu.org/58631>. * gnu/system.scm (hurd-multiboot-modules): Use '/hurd/exec.static' instead of 'ld.so /hurd/exec'.
