image: Make 'find-image' non-monadic.
* gnu/system/image.scm (find-image): Make non-monadic.  Add 'target'
parameter.
* gnu/tests/install.scm (run-install): Update caller,
passing (%current-target-system).
* guix/scripts/system.scm (perform-action): Likewise.
