vm: <virtual-machine> compiler honors system and target.
* gnu/system/vm.scm (system-qemu-image/shared-store): Add #:system
and #:target.  Pass it down.
(system-qemu-image/shared-store-script): Likewise.
(virtual-machine-compiler): Likewise.
