gnu: behave: Update to 1.2.7.dev2.
* gnu/packages/check.scm (behave): Update to 1.2.7.dev2.
[source]: Switch to GIT-FETCH.  Remove patches.
[arguments]: Remove #:test-target.  Add #:phases.
[propagated-inputs]: Add PYTHON-COLORAMA and PYTHON-CUCUMBER-TAG-EXPRESSIONS.
* gnu/packages/patches/behave-skip-a-couple-of-tests.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
