gnu: u-boot: Update to 2022.10.
* gnu/packages/bootloaders.scm (u-boot): Update to 2022.10. * gnu/packages/patches/u-boot-allow-disabling-openssl.patch: Disable fit_pre_load_data, which depends on openssl.
