linux-initrd: Add a raw-initrd and use it to define base-initrd.
* gnu/system/linux-initrd.scm (raw-initrd): New exported variable.
(base-initrd): Use raw-initrd to build the initrd.
* doc/guix.texi (Initial RAM Disk): Document it.
