gnu: python-pydot: Update to 1.4.2.
* gnu/packages/graphviz.scm (python-pydot): Update to 1.4.2. [source](patches): Remove. * gnu/packages/patches/python-pydot-regression-test.patch: Delete file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
