gnu: python-pyfaidx: Remove python-setuptools as an input.
As this is provided by the build system, and I'm assuming that it's not
necessary to have it as a propagated input.

* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (python-pyfaidx)[propagated-inputs]: Remove
python-setuptools.
