* gnu/packages/statistics.scm (python-statsmodels, python2-statsmodels):
Update to 0.8.0.
[source]: Use 'pypi-uri'.
[arguments]: Add more files to matplotlib backend substitution.
* gnu/packages/patches/python-statsmodels-fix-tests.patch: Drop test that
fails with numpy 1.12. Remove previous contents.
