gnu: linux-libre-headers: Support cross-compilation.
* gnu/packages/linux.scm (linux-libre-headers): When (%current-target-system) is true, pass it as the argument to 'build-phase'. This fixes cross-compilation. Reported by Mark H. Weaver <mhw@netris.org>.
