gnu: hplip-minimal: Remove dependency on Python & co.
This reduces the closure from 432 MiB to 160 MiB. * gnu/packages/cups.scm (hplip-minimal)[arguments]: Pass "--enable-lite-build" and remove 'wrap-binaries' phase. [inputs]: Remove all things Python.
