gnu: cracklib: Fix CVE-2016-6318.
* gnu/packages/patches/cracklib-CVE-2016-6318.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it. * gnu/packages/password-utils.scm (cracklib)[source]: Use the patch.
