* gnu/packages/gstreamer.scm (gst-plugins-bad): Update to 1.19.2.
* gnu/packages/patches/gst-plugins-bad-fix-overflow.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): De-register it.
