gnu: sqlite: Move Hurd-specific patch into source.
* gnu/packages/sqlite.scm (sqlite)[native-inputs]: Move conditional "sqlite-hurd.patch" to... [source]: ...here. [arguments]: Remove "patch-sqlite/hurd" stage.
