gnu: Add ccache.
* gnu/packages/ccache.scm: New file. * gnu/packages/patches/ccache-stdc-predef-test.patch: New patch. * gnu-system.am (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Add ccache.scm. (dist_patch_DATA): Add patch.
