* gnu/packages/admin.scm (sudo): Update to 1.8.17p1.
[source]: Remove patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/sudo-CVE-2015-5602.patch: Remove file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
