uuid: Add 'uuid=?' and use it.
* gnu/system/uuid.scm (uuid=?): New procedure.
* tests/uuid.scm ("uuid=?"): New test.
* gnu/build/file-systems.scm (partition-uuid-predicate)
(luks-partition-uuid-predicate): Use it instead of 'bytevector=?'.
