gnu: cpio: Add fix for CVE-2016-2037.
* gnu/packages/patches/cpio-CVE-2016-2037.patch: New file.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/cpio.scm (cpio)[source]: Add patch.
