gnu: heimdal: Use libcom_err from input when cross-compiling.
* gnu/packages/kerberos.scm
  (heimdal)[arguments]<#:phases>{pre-configure}: Consider ${krb_cv_com_err}
  to be 'yes' when cross-compiling.
