* gnu/packages/version-control.scm (bazaar): Deprecate package.
* guix/build/bzr.scm (bzr-fetch): Adjust to use breezy; delete trailing #t.
* guix/bzr-download.scm (bzr-package): Replace bazaar by breezy.
