gnu: clamav: Use new style and G-expressions.
* gnu/packages/antivirus.scm (clamav)[source]: Remove trailing #t from snippet.
[inputs]: Use new input style.
[arguments]: Use G-expressions. Remove trailing #t from phases
[configure-flags]: Adjust to new input style.
