daemon: Generalize 'HookInstance' to 'Agent'.
* nix/libstore/build.cc (HookInstance): Rename to...
(Agent): ... this. Rename 'toHook' and 'fromHook' similarly and update
users. Change constructor to require a command and an argument list.
(DerivationGoal::tryBuildHook): Pass arguments to the 'Agent'
constructor.
