(python-3): Alias to PYTHON-3.8. * gnu/packages/patches/python-3-search-paths.patch: Adjust for 3.8. * gnu/packages/patches/python-3.8-search-paths.patch: Delete file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
