    Bug#23186653 PERFORMANCE SCHEMA UNIT TESTS PFS_INSTR-OOM & PFS_INSTR_CLASS FAIL REGULARLY
    
    Two test cases pass on Windows but crash on Linux due to different init paths.
    Now pass on both.
