gnu: igt-gpu-tools: Fix build with procps@4.
* gnu/packages/patches/igt-gpu-tools-Use-libproc2.patch: New file. * gnu/packages/admin.scm (igt-gpu-tools)[source]: Use it. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
