gnu: gst-plugins-bad: Use 'librsvg-for-system'.
This fixes compilation on i686-linux. * gnu/packages/gstreamer.scm (gst-plugins-bad)[inputs]: Use 'librsvg-for-system' instead of 'librsvg'.
