gnu: python-matplotlib: Do not move the 'check' phase.
Running tests after install is now the default in PYTHON-BUILD-SYSTEM. * gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-matplotlib)[arguments]: Replace 'check' phase, instead of deleting and adding new phase.
