pack: Allow multiple '--manifest' options.
* guix/scripts/pack.scm (guix-pack): Collect 'manifest' options, and
concatenate the resulting manifests.
* tests/guix-pack.sh: Test it.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix pack): Document it.
