gexp: Compilers can now return lowerable objects.
* guix/gexp.scm (lower-object): Iterate if LOWERED is a struct.
(lower+expand-object): New procedure.
(gexp->sexp): Use it.
(define-gexp-compiler): Adjust docstring.
