doc: Fix typos, and improve daemon documentation.
* doc/guix.texi: Fix typos. (Invoking guix-daemon): Add details about `--disable-log-compression' and `--disable-store-optimization'. Reported by Nikita Karetnikov <nikita@karetnikov.org>.
