services: wireguard: Add more configuration fields.

* gnu/services/vpn.scm (<wireguard-configuration>)[pre-up, post-up, pre-down,
post-down, table]: New fields.
(wireguard-configuration-file): Take them into account.
* doc/guix.texi (Wireguard): Update it.
