linux-boot: Honour fsck.mode & fsck.repair.
* gnu/build/linux-boot.scm (boot-system): Honour ‘fsck.mode=’ and
‘fsck.repair=’ kernel command line options.
* doc/guix.texi (Initial RAM Disk): Document both.
