gnu: Remove emacs-emacsql-sqlite3.

This package is obsolete since Emacs 29.

* gnu/packages/emacs-xyz.scm (emacs-emacsql-sqlite3): Delete variable.
(emacs-org-roam)[propagated-inputs]: Replace with emacs-emacsql.
