* gnu/packages/embedded.scm (gcc-arm-none-eabi-7-2018-q2-update): New
variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/gcc-7-cross-environment-variables.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
