gnu: ninja: Disable testcase SubprocessTest.InterruptChild.
* gnu/packages/patches/ninja-tests.patch: New file. * gnu/packages/ninja.scm (ninja): Add the patch. * gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
