gnu: alacritty: Use packaged rust-wayland-client.
* gnu/packages/terminals.scm (alacritty)[arguments]: Remove
rust-wayland-client-0.28 from cargo-inputs. In custom
'add-absolute-library-references remove substitutions for
rust-wayland-client.
[inputs]: Add rust-wayland-client-0.28.
