gnu: acl: Fix test regression with perl-5.26.
* gnu/packages/acl.scm (acl)[source]: Add patch. * gnu/packages/patches/acl-fix-perl-regex.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
