* gnu/packages/mail.scm (mailutils): Update to 3.0. [arguments]: Adjust 'pre-build' phase. * gnu/packages/patches/m4-gets-undeclared.patch: Remove. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
