gnu: bc: Add readline support.
The ‘--with-readline’ flag does nothing without a readline input. * gnu/packages/algebra.scm (bc)[inputs]: Add readline. Reported by fnstudio in #guix Signed-off-by: Tobias Geerinckx-Rice <me@tobias.gr>
