services: base: Deprecate 'nscd-service' procedure.
* doc/guix.texi (Application Setup): Compress @cindex entries. (Base Services): Compress @cindex entries. Delete %nscd-default-configuration. Replace 'nscd-service' with 'nscd-service-type'. * gnu/services/base.scm (%nscd-default-configuration): Deprecate variable.
