linux-initrd: Move Linux module tree flattening to another derivation.
* gnu/system/linux-initrd.scm (expression->initrd)[string->regexp]:
  Remove.
  Use 'flat-linux-module-directory'.  Remove the equivalent logic from
  'builder'.
  (flat-linux-module-directory): New procedure.
