vm: Make the device name a parameter.
* guix/build/vm.scm (initialize-partition-table): Honor 'device'
  parameter.
  (initialize-hard-disk): Add 'device' parameter and honor it.
* gnu/system/vm.scm (qemu-image): Adjust accordingly.
