This reverts commit e1070ee16036f6dfb84c44aea4119e4db770356b. Rationale: this only works with the default 'endpoints'. The 'auto-update?' option should be sufficient to trigger a database update automatically anyway.

Recent swaylock package now compiled with PAM support. When PAM support is compiled in, swaylock rejects executing if binary is also setuid program. This change turns screen-locker-configuration from strict PAM AND setuid to more flexible PAM AND/OR setuid.
