Subject: [PATCH] extract-jks: Prefer _p11_extract_jks_timestamp to
SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH
Give _p11_extract_jks_timestamp precedence over SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH so
that the test results are not affected by the envvar settings.
