guix: Fix typos.

These typos were found and reported through weblate.

  Fix typo.
* gnu/installer/newt/substitutes.scm (run-substitutes-page): Remove full

  punctuation outside of quotes.
* guix/scripts/home.scm (process-action): Remove trailing space before
  newline.
